After earning a degree in Advertising from the Journalism School at the University of Missouri, Jana Cohen began a 15-year career at the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau working with Tour Operators, Meeting Planners and the Media. Managing two organizations as part of her job led her to develop professional event-planning skills and a love of Little Rock and Arkansas. 

When President Clinton announced his plans for the Presidential Library to be built near the River Market in Downtown Little Rock, we were developing an idea for a new business in Central Arkansas - Little Rock's first Destination Management Company, which opened in 2000. As the Convention and Visitor Industry grew in Little Rock, so did Arkansas Destinations. Working with politicians and celebrities, organizations and tour companies, we have helped create and organize hundreds of tours and events. 

Along the way, we gathered a great group of people who have the "gift of hospitality". From humorous tales told by our tour guides, to the friendliness and knowledge of our office staff, our customers return again and again for a dose of our unique brand of Arkansas Hospitality.
