Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! Planning for this occasion may seem like an overwhelming task, right? Many couples are looking at all the options. Let us tell you how we work here at Arkansas Weddings.

First of all, our concept is one of a complete wedding package.  However, this isn’t a cookie-cutter approach.  We work with YOU to make sure you have the wedding of your dreams. Our consultants, who have years of experience in the field, will meet with you to discuss your ideas and put them into action!  If you have some vendors picked out already, that is fine.  We will work with your vendors and fill in with our best employees and contacts.

How does this work?

We will set up a meeting with you and discuss budget, date, colors, etc.  If we decide to work together, a $250 fee will be paid for us to get started on your contract.  Then we will take you to find a venue, discuss your invitees, decide about floral, cake, food and beverage, etc.

When all the major decisions have been made, we’ll finalize a contract, which becomes the document we work from during the planning stages. A payment plan will be implemented about 4 months before your wedding. On the big day, our staff is there to set up, decorate, run the wedding ceremony, coordinate with all the vendors and make sure everyone leaves with a smile – especially you!
